CyberPolicy is not an insurance provider or an insurance carrier. We are an online insurance agency that shops with industry leading insurance providers offering an extensive range of coverages for small and medium-size businesses. We provide you with instant, accurate, and actionable quotes for an easy comparison shopping experience.
CyberPolicy has a direct relationship with insurance carriers, which enables us to show actual rates and sell policies on the carrier's behalf. Other comparison shopping sites provide estimates that are not real-time, true quotes. Every insurance carrier we work with must maintain a strong rating with A.M. Best, which is the leading global full-service credit rating agency dedicated to serving the insurance industry.
No, we don’t charge any broker fees.
CyberPolicy primarily makes money by getting a commission from the insurance carrier for the policy you purchase via CyberPolicy.
Payment method may depend on the carrier you select, but we accept all forms of credit or debit cards.

A typical general or professional liability policy does not protect your business against cyber attacks, hacks, data breaches, or data loss. Some policies will offer optional endorsements (think of these as amendments or add-ons to your policy) that specifically provide cyber insurance coverage. However, these endorsements typically do not offer the full protection needed, should your business suffer a data breach or hack.
CyberPolicy Genesis is an insurance product that is customized for and distributed through our partners. Details on eligibility, coverage, and price will vary.
We offer insurance in every state. However, plan availability differs between states. For more information on your options, please call and speak to a licensed advisor today.
Yes! It is 100% free to compare insurance quotes at CyberPolicy.
No, our insurance quotes are real, actual rates obtained directly from the insurance carriers we represent. CyberPolicy takes pride in the fact that these actual rates are delivered very quickly online or over the phone with a licensed CyberPolicy Insurance Advisor.
No. Even though, in most cases, individual carriers will access your credit score to make a quote, they make what's called a 'soft inquiry', or soft pull. These have no impact on your FICO or credit score since they're not related to applying for financing. It will show on your records so that you know who accessed the report; but think of it like getting a credit card offer in the mail, as opposed to attempting to get approved for an auto loan. No credit score is pulled when carriers quote for business insurance.
You may be able to lower your costs with a switcher discount when moving your policy to a new insurance provider. We also offer discounts for bundling multiple policies whether with the same carrier or cross-carrier. Speak to your advisor for more details.
We service most policies we sell. Whether CyberPolicy or your carrier services your policy, CyberPolicy’s Client Care Team is always there to address your needs or concerns.
